Success Principle 25: Blaming/ Complaining
JOHN ASSARAF, author of The Street Kid’s Guide to Having It All once said, “I just do not hang around anybody that I don’t want to be with. Period. For me, that’s been a blessing and I can stay positive. I hang around people who are happy, who are growing, who want to learn, who don’t mind saying sorry or thank you… and are having a fun time.”
If you want to be successful, you have to start hanging out with more successful people, people who avoid being negative or judgmental. You need to stop yourself from criticizing or blaming others. You need to watch when you and those around you start to complain because it will take you down to that same level, a level that will stop you from getting what you want in life.
In this unit we review how surrounding yourself with positive people will change how you look at the world, and in turn prepare you for incredible success around your goals.
